Most prefab saunas are great pieces of carpentry that arrive in a crate. They land in your yard, get assembled in a weekend, and they’re fantastic. But sometimes the space calls for something different. A different roof line. Cladding that picks up the existing exterior. A run of glass facing a specific view. An integrated changeroom and outdoor shower. A footprint shaped around the slope of your lot.
That’s what custom is for. We’ll sit down with you, understand the space, and design a sauna that feels like it was always meant to be there.
Many of our custom builds end up combining several pieces at once: sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, outdoor shower, pergola, deck. When all of it gets designed together by the same crew, the finished space hangs together in a way no piecemeal install can match.

Aesthetic & Materials
Cedar grade, exterior cladding (cedar, Maibec, steel), roofing, hardware, glass. We can colour-match to your home or cottage so the sauna feels built-in, not added on.
Layout & Footprint
Bench tiers, door placement, window views, porch depth, integrated changerooms. We design the floor plan around your lot, your view, and how you actually plan to use the space.
Finishes & Details
Lighting, cladding profiles, bench woods, handles, hooks, signage. The small things that turn a kit into a finished room.
Complete Backyard Builds
Sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, outdoor shower, pergola, deck, changeroom. Designed and built together so the whole space hangs as one piece.
